Centralized Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in doing business with Bexar County. The Bexar County Purchasing Department encourages and seeks the partnership of qualified suppliers to provide quality goods and services at competitive pricing to Bexar County.

The Bexar County Purchasing Department uses a Centralized Vendor Registration system. Before a vendor is placed in this system, the vendor must complete two important steps. It is critical that all information be provided accurately to insure against bidder being overlooked or asked to bid on items or services they cannot supply.

Step 1: Create an account in our system (or login to your existing account).

Step 2: Submit a Vendor Registration Questionnaire.

Provide information about your business, including the commodities or services for which you wish to be considered.

After creating an account, you will be directed to the Vendor Registration Questionnaire. If you login to an existing account, click "Submit Questionnaire" to the right of the "Dashboard".
