Welcome to the Bexar County Contract & Diversity Management System. The County’s Small, Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (SMWBE) Program policies are online at www.bexar.org. The system is designed to save Bexar County and its vendor’s time and money, and improve the quality of data available for constituents.
Bexar County has identified the B2GNOW- Diversity Management System as the computer System of choice to meet its SMWBE reporting requirements.
Bexar County’s SMWBE Program Manager has been named as the County’s Project Director for this particular project. In order to prepare for implementation of the proposed System, the B2GNOW Project Manager has obtained a complete understanding of the functionality that Bexar County's SMWBE Program requires and has conveyed to Bexar County’s Project Director how her business requirements can be met by the B2GNOW System. This information is critical to the success of the project so that the County departments and staff resources impacted by the new B2GNOW System and its implementation can plan appropriately to support the project.
The B2GNOW- Diversity Management System consists of a baseline system, which includes vendor management and seven functional modules that can be combined in any manner. The System components selected by Bexar County's Project Director include the following functional modules:
