About the System

Welcome to the Bexar County Contract & Diversity Management System. The County’s Small, Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (SMWBE) Program policies are online at www.bexar.org. The system is designed to save Bexar County and its vendor’s time and money, and improve the quality of data available for constituents.

Bexar County has identified CDMS as the computer System of choice to meet its SMWBE reporting requirements.

CDMS consists of a baseline system, which includes vendor management and seven functional modules that can be combined in any manner. The System components selected by Bexar County's Project Director include the following functional modules:
